Returns and Exchanges:
For our generous 30 day return policy, see the
returns page. Go ahead and order multiple items to try on in your home, then return the ones you don't need. We want to be sure you get the right stuff!
Alternate Ordering Methods:
The quickest and most accurate way to place your order is via our secure
website. We also accept orders via phone, email, fax, and mail.
- Phone orders: Call us toll-free at 888-855-7558
(734-998-0612 outside the USA). We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and
American Express credit cards over the phone.
- Fax orders: You can fax your order to us at
734-994-1597. An easy way to do this is to put items in the website shopping
cart and enter your shipping information, then print the page from your
browser before hitting the "Submit" button. You will need to write your
credit card information on the faxed page, or follow up your fax with a
phone call to give us your payment information.
- Email orders: We designed our site's ordering system to
protect the security of your personal information, including your credit
card number. Since ordinary email is not secure in the same way, we cannot
accept credit card orders sent via email. For your security, please do not
include your credit card information in any email you send us.
- Mail orders: You can use the same method as for faxed
orders, but mail the order form along with your payment method (credit card
information, or money order, or personal or business check) to: iSnorkel.com
Orders, 4816 Jackson Road, Suite D, Ann Arbor, MI 48103. For orders paid by
check, please allow 7-14 business days for check payments to clear before we
ship your order.
- Company or Government Purchase Orders: For large quantity orders, we do accept
purchase orders from government entities and established business in the USA
only. Purchase orders may be mailed, faxed, or emailed, and must include
complete contact information including the accounting department contact
name and phone number as well as tax ID number and D-U-N-S number if
available. If credit is approved, your merchandise will be shipped with an
invoice that may be paid via company or government check or purchasing card.
Special Orders for Out-Of-Stock Items:
Even if the item you want is not shown on our website, or if the size and
color you want is not currently available, we may still be able to get it to
you. We receive new shipments daily, and items that are temporarily out of stock
may soon be in stock. We also can special order just about any product that is
made by the brands we carry on our site - even if it's not part of our regular
product offering.
To check on the availability of any item whether shown on our website or not,
please call us toll-free at 888-855-7558 or email us at sales@isnorkel.com. We'll let you know
whether the item can be special ordered for you, and how long it would take. We
will place your order in our system and ship it direct to you when we receive
your items.
